Comprehensive services offer in-depth support to improve various skills for individuals with needs related to their diagnosis, such as ASD, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities, fetal alcohol syndrome (FASD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and more.This service model aims to create significant improvements across multiple areas of life. These services are characterized by their wide scope, intensity, personalized plans, holistic focus, family and community participation, and a team approach.

Consultative Services

Consultative services empower parents, guardians, and caregivers by providing the knowledge and strategies needed to support individuals with disabilities and complex needs. Clinicians offer evidence-based guidance and support, working directly with caregivers to achieve client-specific goals, such as through the "Balance" Program training, or when caregivers prefer to take the lead on implementation.

Training Services

Training services are meticulously tailored to meet the specific needs of each group, employing evidence-based strategies like Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and Behavior Skills Training (BST). These customizable sessions ensure practical skills and theoretical understanding are enhanced across various professional contexts, with common themes including Universal Protocols (UP), general ASD & ABA training, effective communication teaching, and proactive programming to reduce challenging behavior.

Crisis Intervention

When a crisis strikes, it's important to have immediate access to support. Our crisis intervention services offer rapid response and stabilization for individuals and families facing urgent challenges. Our trained professionals provide a safe space to de-escalate situations, assess risks, and develop safety plans. We also connect individuals with appropriate resources and ongoing support to address the underlying issues and prevent future crises.

Our Provincial Crisis Response Team (PCRT) is comprised of Certified Crisis Intervention Specialists, and provides immediate and short-term crisis intervention services aimed at assisting families or individuals in crisis.
